Service availability may vary.

2. Estimates

All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection.

Final pricing may change if:

• Additional damage is discovered.
• Hidden damage becomes visible during the repair.
• The customer requests additional services.
• Parts or materials are required that were not included in the original estimate.

We will communicate any significant changes before completing additional work whenever practical.

3. Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may require a deposit before future appointments are scheduled.

4. Deposits

Certain repairs or specialty services may require a deposit before work begins.

Deposits may be non-refundable if work has been started, materials have been ordered, or an appointment has been reserved specifically for your vehicle.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information.
• Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service.
• Inform us of any existing damage or mechanical issues.
• Ensure the vehicle is legally owned or that they are authorized to approve repairs.

Mike’s PDR Solutions is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

6. Paintless Dent Repair

Paintless Dent Repair is designed to restore dents without repainting when conditions allow.

Results depend on factors including:

• Paint condition
• Metal stretching
• Dent size and location
• Previous body repairs
• Accessibility behind the damaged panel

Some dents cannot be repaired to 100% factory appearance without conventional bodywork.

7. Detailing, Paint Correction, and Ceramic Coating

Vehicle appearance improvements vary depending on the age and condition of the paint.

Paint correction reduces imperfections but cannot remove every defect.

Ceramic coatings require proper maintenance to maximize durability and performance.

8. Vehicle Condition

We are not responsible for:

• Existing paint damage
• Previous body repairs
• Rust
• Weak or failing clear coat
• Pre-existing mechanical or electrical problems
• Damage resulting from previously repaired panels or aftermarket modifications

Certain repairs may reveal hidden damage that existed before service.

9. Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been made.

We reserve the right to charge applicable taxes, fees, and any authorized additional work.

Accepted payment methods may vary.

10. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing, workmanship is warranted against defects in our labor for a reasonable period under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

• Accidents
• Abuse or misuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Acts of nature
• Improper maintenance
• Damage caused by third parties

Manufacturer warranties apply only to products supplied by their respective manufacturers.

11. Limitation of Liability
